Armageddon at the Door
We are standing at the door of Armageddon. Many people are wondering if we are really at the end of time. If you take the Bible and look at it in Luke 22:10-11 it makes some things pretty clear. Nations shall rise against nations, and great earthquakes shall be in divers(many different)places, famines and pestilences; fearful sights,(seen anything on the news lately, like the tsunami that might have scared you a little. and signs from the heavens. The moon recently went through an event that only happens every twenty to thirty years. Next year will be a planetary alignment that only happens every twelve thousand years or so. So yes there are some signs. With the magnetic poles moving 40 to 50 miles a year could it mean the earth is getting ready to flip uspside down. The Bible says it will happen. Anyone who has tried to put two magnets together with both positive poles facing each other knows they shove away and it will not happen. They recently had to change the runway numbers in Miami as it was to far off from what the magnetic alignment was when they built the airport. Could that be the event that triggers the Earthquakes mentioned in Revelations 16:18 in the second part of the verse it mentions ....There was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an eartquake and so great. ....That sounds pretty impressive. My personal belief is that there is about to be a very major shift along the line of the Mariannas Trench which starts up by Alaska and finishes down by New Zealand. A line which the 04 Tsunami sets just off of and which goes right by Japan. In that area and along that line the Pacific plate is pushing down on it's western edge and under the plate that encompasses Southeast Asia, Indonesia and the Philipines. Scientist say it only moves a few feet at a time, but I wonder what happens if it breaks loose all along that trench. During the recent Japan earthquake the ground supposedly moved five feet closer to California and dropped down two feet. The fact the Asian plate is moving east means it is putting more load over the Pacific plate. The fact it also settled down 2 feet is what scares me. That means the ocean floor lowered in a large area of the Pacific plate. As water seeks its own level that means millions and billions of tons of water shifted applying more weight in that area. The continued intense earthquakes verify that opinion to a degree. If the big movement is caused by combination of earthquakes and magnetic pole shift it could trigger massive earthquakes all over the planet and sudden volcanic activity could be unleashed. Matthew 24: 21-24 says, "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." That is pretty scary. What follows is worse though cause in verse 29 says, "Immediately after the tribulations of those days the sun shall be darkened." Well the sun has to keep shining or life would perish from the earth. However if light was reduced by severe volcanic activity that would be understandable and could lead us into a new ice age, which happens on a fairly regular cycle according to scientist. A few other facts scientist agree with that the Bible stated over 3000 years ago. The earth has turned on its axis or upside down in the past. Also the Bible talks in several places of the deep being broken up. Scientist did not know that till after World War II. So a lot of the "new" knowledge science claims is not that new after all. When you consider that the flood of Noah's time supposedly covered the whole earth, it is hard to imagine something worse than that. What makes that worse is that Jesus said as it was in the days of Noah, it will be in the end of time. He then mentions eating, drinking and marriages until the day Noah entered the Ark. What the Bible does say in Genesis the sixth chapter that Jesus did not say is, 6:5-6 "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart." sounds a lot like this day and age. But I think the final clincher so to speak is really in Ezekiel, today the Congress is bent on removing anything that benefits the poor and hungry and it will come to haunt them and stand America in judgement. speaking of Sodom it says in 16:49.. "Behold this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strenghten the hand of the poor and needy" and that is a definite description of American today. America could end hunger and poverty in the world today, but it is all about the almighty dollar and that shall be America's downfall. Any questions or comments message me and I can give more details. This is just a summary and answering the question of are we in the end times and what will happen. Those are the things the Bible says on it, but each person has to make their own decision of what is right and wrong and how to live their life.
