Recent news events have made it pretty clear how and why Trump won't concede the election. There is a reason why.
Trump has refused to acknowledge Joe Biden’s Presidential Victory. He has an ulterior motive or reason. General Flynn may have been the author of a treasonous plan to overthrow our recent election. He has advocated that Trump should declare Marshall Law and cast out certain states election results. Trump’s recent shuffle in the leadership at the Pentagon may be nothing more than a preparatory move to do just that.
Trump has gotten away with just about anything he has wanted to do so far. Many times because no one thought he would actually do the things he has done. His admiration of Vladimir Putin is well know and his unwillingness to take any action that would alienate Putin is very clear.
Trump’s reaction or lack of reaction to the recent security breach in our government shows where his sentiments are. If Trump, Flynn and members of Congress try to carry out the treasonous actions they seem to be planning they should be lined up at the Washington Monument and shot.
One thing has become clear during Trump’s time in office. Out Constitution does not offer adequate controls on a corrupt or incompetent president. My solution to that problem would be to have the heads of the branches of the service give him a job performance rating quarterly. They could deliver it to Congress. As the Commander in chief of the military that would be one way to rate his performance.
It is time for our Congress to take actions to protect our election.
Our Congress can cut off Trump’s treasonous actions by passing one
simple bill. It is one bill that should already exist. If a president wants
to declare Marshall Law it should have to be approved by both houses
of Congress. Simply passing this law would end Trump’s backdoor
attempt to throw out the election.
